GENERAL VACCINE ISSUES:    VACCINE INJURY REPORTS

VRAN's volunteers are presently working on establishing a Vaccine Injury database. This database is will allow us to collect pertinent information regarding the various Vaccine Injuries for our membership and visitors. This will help us to establish a chronological listing of the medical status for PRE-VACCINE and POST-VACCINE conditions. This will provide a foundation of information to establish what kind of reactions may be expected by the various vaccinations.

We ask for your patience while we establish this reporting system. In the meantime, to submit a vaccine adverse reaction, please go to our Membership page and write your story in the space provided.

For your convenience, we provide the following links to the Health Canada Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting Form.
