- The CDC held the third of a series of meetings called the “Public Forum on Smallpox” on June 8, 2002 in St. Louis, Missouri. In front of a small group of approximately 60 people, I had the opportunity to deliver a five minute speech and then had the opportunity to ask several very pointed questions directed toward the CDC representatives. This is my report of the meeting.
